Noni Diarra of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, United States is a biopsy specimen technician. Pennsylvania currently has 15 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Michele McDonald. The most recent one was achieved by Jasmine Daniels.
On May 22, 1971, McDonald represented Pennsylvania at Miss USA 1971, competed against 50 other candidates at the Jackie Gleason Auditorium in Miami Beach, Florida, USA and won the title. On July 24, 1971, she represented the country at Miss Universe 1971, competed against 59 other candidates at the Miami Beach Auditorium in Miami Beach and finished in the Top 12.
On September 29, 2023, Daniels represented Pennsylvania at Miss USA 2023 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. She was third runner-up to Noelia Voigt of Utah.
