Elliot Oliphant of South Park Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States is an alumna of South Park Senior High School in South Park Township. She is currently attending the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
On June 29, 2024, Oliphant represented South Park at Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2024 at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania and won the title. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Camryn Sacco of Pittsburgh, Niharika Roy of Malvern, Keegan Vlushis of Erie and Manasa Reddy Sanivarpu of Cumberland County.
