Joy Robinson of Altoona, Iowa, United States was runner-up to Miss Iowa USA 2002 Lauren Wilson and second runner-up to Miss Iowa USA 2003 Linsey Grams. In November 2004, Robinson won Miss Iowa USA 2003.
On April 11, 2005, Robinson represented Iowa at Miss USA 2005 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. She was unplaced.
Robinson is the third Miss Iowa USA from Altoona following Jamie Solinger and Jaclyn Solinger, who won the title in 1998 and 1999, respectively. Robinson has crowned her successor Sarah Corpstein, who is from Anamosa, Iowa.
Corpstein was Miss Iowa USA 2005 first runner-up. She will represent Iowa at Miss USA 2006.
