Universal Records Philippines released “Jay R” on December 5, 2025. It is the second studio album of Gaudencio “Jay R” Sillona III, who is professionally known as Jay R.
Ray Brown executive produced the album with Jay R. The entire album is 1 hour, 4 minutes and 40 seconds long.
One of the 18 songs in the album is a cover of a Billy Joel song and two are collaboration songs. Three are Jay R’s commercial jingles for Colgate, Sun Cellular and Tropicana Juice Drinks.

Jay R was born in Glendale, California, United States to Gaudencio Sillona Jr. and Amparo Aquino-Sillona. Guadencio Sr. is a pianist and Amparo is a singer.
On August 4, 2003, Universal Records Philippines released Jay R’s debut studio album “Gameface”, which he produced with Brown and Troy Johnson. The album has 10 English songs and two Tagalog songs namely “Kaibigan” and “Bakit Pa Ba”.
In 2004, “Gameface” was re-released with two additional songs namely “Kung Mahal Mo Siya” and “Throw Your Hands in the Air”. In the same year, Aliw Awards named him the Most Promising Male Performer.
