Sarah Corpstein of Anamosa, Jones County, Iowa, United States was crowned Miss Iowa USA 2006 in Ottumwa, Wapello County, Iowa on September 18, 2005. She was unplaced when she represented Iowa at Miss USA 2006 at the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland, USA on April 21, 2006.

Five months later, Corpstein went back to Ottumwa to crown Dani Reeves of Hamburg, Fremont County, Iowa as the next Miss Iowa USA. The latter will represent Iowa at Miss USA 2007.
