Jay R signed a contract with Universal Records Philippines in 2003, the same year his debut studio album “Gameface” was released. The label released his second studio album “Jay R” in 2005 and his third studio album “Christmas Away from Home” in 2006.
On February 1, 2008, Jay R turned 27. He was born to Filipino parents in Glendale, California, USA.
“Leatherheads”
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, Ledisi Anibade Young turned 36 on March 28, 2008. She and her family moved to Oakland, California in 1985.
Young plays a blues singer in “Leatherheads”. In the film, she performed the 1924 song “The Man I Love”, which was written by Ira Gershwin and composed by George Gershwin.
Clooney plays the main character Jimmy “Dodge” Connelly, a football captain in 1925. The character convinces football star Carter “the Bullet” Rutherford, played by John Krasinski, to join his team.
Renée Zellweger plays a newspaper reporter named Lexie Littleton, who finds herself in a love triangle with Dodge and the Bullet. Also in the cast are Heather Goldenhersh, Jack Thompson, Jonathan Pryce, Keith Loneker, Malcolm Goodwin, Matt Bushell, Max Casella, Mike O’Malley, Nick Paonessa, Peter Gerety, Robert Baker, Stephen Root, Tim Griffin, Tommy Hinkley and Wayne Duvall.
