Produced by Vandea Pictures, “Cinta Setaman” was released in Indonesia on October 16, 2008. It is an anthology drama film written by Harry Dagoe Suharyadi and Riza Adrian and directed by Suharyadi.
Heben Music released “Elevation” on October 20, 2008. It is the fourth international studio album of Anggun Cipta Sasmi, who is mononymously known as Anggun.
“Cinta Setaman”
There are eight stories featured in “Cinta Setaman”. In the cast are Joko Anwar as a film director, Citra Kharisma as a television presenter, Lukman Sardi as a high school teacher, Indy Barends as a babysitter, Vicky Burky as a gymnastics instructor, Jhonny Iskandar as a drug dealer and Richard Oh as a Malaysian mobster.
Titiek Puspa appears in the film as herself. Also in the cast are Alex Abbad, Dennis Adhiswara, Oppie Andaresta, Djenar Maesa Ayu, Inul Daratista, Atiqah Hasiholan, Muhammad Ibrahim Leon Idwan, Ria Irawan, Jajang C. Noer, Sita Nursanti, Slamet Rahardjo, Nicholas Saputra, Surya Saputra, Nobuyuki Suzuki, Dalton Tanonaka, Marsha Timothy, Ronny P. Tjandra, Nadia Vella, Davina Veronia, Sigi Wimala and Rudy Wowor.
One is eight stories is about two brothers selling pirated digital video discs (DVDs) played by Nicholas and Adhiswara. The brothers get into an altercation because the younger one stars drinking Starbucks coffee.
Born in Malang, East Java, Indonesia, Adhiswara turned 26 on September 14, 2008. Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Nicholas turned 24 on February 24, 2008.
“Elevation”
Born in Jakarta, Anggun turned 34 on April 29, 2008. In 1994, she left Indonesia for England, United Kingdom to pursue an international career as a singer.
On June 24, 1996, Columbia Records released Anggun’s first international studio album “Snow on the Sahara”. It is her sixth studio album overall.
Anggun’s fourth international studio album has 13 tracks including two collaboration songs. She started recording them in 2007.
