Oksana Moria, 20, represented Ukraine at Miss Supranational 2009 on September 5, 2009. She competed against 35 other candidates at the Płock Amphitheatre, Plock, Poland and won the title.
Moria was crowned by Poland’s Gerhard Parzutka von Lipinski, the president of the production company Nowa Scena. It was the inaugural edition of the international beauty pageant managed by the World Beauty Association S.A.
The association was recently founded in Panama. Its president is Tryny Marcela Yandar Lobón while von Lipinski is the executive producer.
