Teuira Raechel Shanti Napa represented the Cook Islands at Miss South Pacific 2013 and competed against nine other candidates at the Pacific Casino Hotel in Honiara, Solomon Islands on December 7, 2013. She won the title.

On December 20, 2014, Napa crowned Miss Pacific Islands 2014 Alofa Dawn Latafale Auva’a of Samoa at the Tuana’imato Sports Complex in Apia, Samoa. Eight candidates competed for the title.
