54 Miss Eco Universe 2016 candidates competing in Giza, Egypt

Miss Eco Queen was formed in 2015 by Dr. Amal Rezk in collaboration with Let’s Take Care of the Planet (LTCP), a United Nations’ project launched in Brazil in response to the United Nations’ Decade of Education for Sustainable Development. In 2016, it was renamed Miss Eco Universe.

On April 5, 2015, Patricia Peklar of Slovenia was crowned Miss Eco Queen 2015 at the Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza in Alexandria, Egypt. The respective first, second and third runners-up were Talita Wolters of the Netherlands, Nadine Roberts of Australia and Catalina Paz Cáceres Ríos of Rios.

Miss Eco Universe 2016

The Miss Eco Universe 2016 coronation ceremony will be held in front of the Great Pyramid of Giza in Giza, Egypt on April 14, 2016. It is the second edition of the international beauty pageant formerly known as Miss Eco Queen.
