‘Wonder Woman’ cast: Gal Gadot’s 13 wonderful co-actresses

Playing the title character, the alter ego of Diana Prince, Gal Gadot, 32, led the cast of “Wonder Woman.” Here are 13 of the wonderful co-actresses of the Israeli actress and the characters they play in a superhero film directed by Patty Jenkins:

  1. Lilly Aspell as 8-year-old Diana Prince

Like her “Wonder Woman” character, Aspell is 8 years old. In 2018, the Irish-Scottish actress will star in “Extinction” with Michael Pena and Lizzy Caplan and “Holmes and Watson” with Kelly Macdonald and Ralph Fiennes.

  1. Emily Carey as 12-year-old Diana Prince

Unlike Asprell, Carey is two years older than her “Wonder Woman” character. On the small screen, she is known for playing Grace Beauchamp in “Casualty.”

  1. Doutzen Kroes as Amazon Venelia

Kroes is a Dutch supermodel. She had worked with Victoria’s Secret, Miu Miu and L’Oreal.

  1. Samantha Jo as Euboea

Jo was Ming Na Wen’s stunt double on “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” from 2013 to 2016. The Canadian stuntwoman and actress will reprise her role as Euboea in “Justice League.”

  1. Ann J. Wolfe as Artemis

Regarded as the best fighter in the history of women’s boxing, Wolfe is a boxing coach and a personal trainer. “Wonder Woman” is her first work as an actress.

  1. Madeleine Vall Beijner as Egeria

Beijner is a Swedish MMA fighter. She has no acting background prior to “Wonder Woman” like Wolfe.

  1. Florence Kasumba as Senator Acantha

Since 2000, Kasumba has been filming in German, Dutch and English. In 2018, the German actress will star with Lupita Nyong’o, Michael B. Jordan and Chadwick Boseman in “Black Panther.”

  1. Mayling Ng as Orana

Before “Wonder Woman,” Ng starred in “Mister John” and “Lady Bloodfight.” The Asian martial artist, who was born in England and raised in Canary Islands, Spain, is set to star in “Blood Hunters: Rise of the Hybrids” with Roxanne Barcelo, Monsour del Rosario, Ian Ignacio, Mekael Turner and Vincent Soberano.

  1. Lisa Loven Kongsli as Menalippe

Kongsli was born in Oslo, Norway. She will reprise her role as Menalippe in “Justice League.”

  1. Lucy Davis as Etta Candy

Before “Wonder Woman,” Davis starred in several TV series, such as “Maron” and “Better Things.” She is set to return to the small screen with “Kick,” which also stars Kimberly Aboltin and Mikey Madison.

  1. Elena Anaya as Isabel Maru/Doctor Poison

In 1996, Anaya starred in her first full-feature film when she played the title role in the Spanish film “Africa.” After “Wonder Woman,” she will star in “La Cordillera” with Rafael Alfaro and Alfredo Castro.

  1. Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta

From 2014 to 2015, Nielsen played Ramona Lytton in “The Good Wife.” The Danish actress will reprise her role as Hippolyta in “Justice League.”

  1. Robin Wright as General Antiope

Since 2013, Wright has been playing Claire Underwood in “House of Cards.” Her next film after “Wonder Woman” is “Blade Runner 2049,” which also stars Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford and Ana de Armas.
