The Mrs. World 2018 coronation ceremony will be held at the Emperors Palace Center Court in Ekurhuleni, Johannesburg, South Africa on December 16, 2017. It is the 27th edition of the international beauty pageant for married women.

The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Khramova Iuliia of Russia, Tatiana Sidorova of Moldova, Maureen Boza of Costa Rica and Xuan Thuy of Vietnam.
