Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., 43, who is professionally known as Nelly, will have a special show at Cove Manila at Okada Manila, Atlantic Avenue, Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines on January 12, 2018. Doors will open at 10:30 p.m.
It will cost males more than females to go and watch the performance of the rapper from Missouri, United States. The ticket is inclusive of entrance and one drink.
For the early birds, the ticket price for females is 1,000 pesos but it is 1,500 pesos for males. The regular price is 2,000 pesos for females and 2,500 pesos for males.
This will be the first time for Nelly to perform live in the Philippines. No details about his set list were released.
Among the hit songs of Nelly are “Dilemma” featuring Kelly Rowland and “Hot In Here.” Both songs are from his second studio album titled “Nellyville,” which was released by Universal Records and Fo’ Reel on June 25, 2002.
Including “Nellyville,” Nelly released seven studio albums from 2000 to 2013. The others are “Country Grammar,” “Sweat,” “Suit,” “Bras Knuckles,” “5.0” and “M.O.”
In 2003, Nelly recorded “Shake Ya Tailfeather” with P. Diddy and Murphy Lee. Both “Hot in Herre” and “Shake Ya Tailfeather” won at Grammy Awards.
There are still no details about Nelly’s plans to release a new studio album. His next project is a mystery thriller film titled “A Fall From Grace,” in which he will star with Forest Whitaker, Paz Vega, Vincent D’Onofrio, Tim Roth, David Lynch and Willow Shields, among others.
