Representing the Philippines, Sophia Senoron, 17, was crowned Miss Multinational 2017 on February 26, 2018. She bested 13 other candidates from all over the world.
Runner up to Senoron was Saskia Kuban of Germany while Shefali Sharma of India was second runner-up. Aside from winning the title, the representative from the Philippines also won the Miss Environment and Best Speech awards.
The Miss Environment award was given to the Miss Multinational 2017 candidate who gained the most amount of ratings in the smartphone application Envirate on February 22–26, 2018. The application allowed the supporters to vote for their favorite contestant while contributing to the improvement of environmental awareness.
It is not a surprise that Senoron won the Best Speech award considering that she is a varsity debater. She is currently studying Financial Management at San Beda University.
Miss Multinational is an inaugural beauty pageant owned by Glamanand Entertainment Pvt Ltd. The date of the competition was originally scheduled in 2017 but the date was pushed back to early 2018.

On February 17, 2018, the new international contest officially started at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar in New Delhi, India through a launch party with the candidates. The coronation night took place at the Kingdom of Dreams in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Present during the coronation night was Miss World Philippines national director Arnold Vegafria. Since Senoron was the first winner of Miss Multinational, Vegafria was called onstage to crown her.
When Senoron competed at Miss World Philippines 2017, she garnered the third highest score and won the Miss Multinational Philippines title.
