Michelle Nicolini, 36, of Brazil emerged victorious when she made her ONE Championship debut on November 11, 2016. It was followed by another victory when she returned to the cage of the promotion on April 21, 2017.

On March 9, 2018, Nicolini competed inside the ONE Championship cage for the third time. She defeated Iryna Kyselova of Ukraine at “ONE: Visions of Victory” via rear-naked choke submission at 2:26 of Round 1.

In Nicolini’s promotional debut, she submitted Mona Samir via modified rear-naked choke. When Nicolini fought her second bout under the promotion, she submitted Irina Mazepa at “ONE: Kings of Destiny” via armbar.

Nicolini’s first and second ONE Championship bouts both ended in the first round. Before making her promotional debut, she had her first loss as a professional MMA fighter.

On October 17, 2014, Nicolini lost to Norma Rueda Center at “LFC: Legacy Fighting Championship 36” via unanimous decision. Prior to this, Nicolini was an undefeated fighter with 2 wins.

On June 23, 2011, Nicolini made her professional MMA debut at “Inka FC 11: Yes to Sports, No to Drugs,” where she submitted Cristina Mejia via armbar in the first round. On February 22, 2014, Nicolini also submitted Lanchana Green via armbar in the first round at “M4tC 13: Nemesis.”

After defeating Kyselova, Nicolini now has 5 wins and 1 loss. On the other hand, Kyselova’s record downgraded to 10 wins and 3 losses.

This marked Kyselova’s ONE Championship debut. In 2013, she was an undefeated fighter with 5 wins until she lost to Kamila Porczyk at “KSW 26: Materla vs Silva” in 2014.

“ONE: Visions of Victory” took place at the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was headlined by hometown hero Gianni Subba, 25, of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Filipino-Australian Reece “Lightning” McLaren, 26, of Australia.
