ONE Championship held an open workout for competitors of “ONE: Iron Will” at Bangkok Fight Lab in Bangkok, Thailand on March 20, 2018. The venue has world-class facilities including a mixed martial arts octagon cage, a boxing ring, 120 square meters of premium grappling mats and strength and conditioning equipment.
The workout featured four ONE Championship fighters from Thailand. In front of fans and media, Dejdamrong Sor “Kru Rong” Amnuaysirichoke, 39, Shannon “One Shin” Wiratchai, 29, Rika “Tiny Doll” Ishige, 28, and Kritsada “Dream Man” Kongsrichai, 26, showcased their martial arts techniques.
At “ONE: Iron Will”, Kongsrichai will fight Robin Catalan, 27, of the Philippines in the strawweight division. Their match is the second bout on the preliminary card.
Ishige’s opponent is a newcomer in ONE Championship. She will face Angelie Sabanal, 28, of the Philippines in the atomweight division.
Wiratchai will compete in the lightweight division against Rahul “The Kerala Krusher” Raju, 26, an Indian martial artist based in Singapore. Like Sabanal, the Indian MMA fighter is making his ONE Championship debut at “ONE: Iron Will.”
Amnuaysirichoke will battle it out with Jeremy “The Jaguar” Miado, 25, in the strawweight division. Like Kongsrichai and Ishige’s opponents, Miado is also from the Philippines.
“ONE: Iron Will” will take place at the Impact Arena in Bangkok on March 24, 2018. It will be headlined by ONE Bantamweight World Champion Bibiano “The Flash” Fernandes, 37, of Brazil and ONE Featherweight and Lightweight World Champion Martin “The Situ-Asian” Nguyen, 29, of Vietnam.
