Yodsanklai “The Boxing Computer” Fairtex, 32, of Pattaya, Thailand will face Chris “The African Warrior” Ngimbi of Eindhoven, Netherlands at “ONE: Unstoppable Dreams”. They will compete in a kickboxing match in the 72.5 kg division.

Yodsanklai Fairtex vs Chris Ngimbi

Fairtex is one of the most recognizable names in the world of Muay Thai. His fight name is a testament to his impeccable in-ring techniques and he has won numerous championships in his stellar kickboxing career, including the WBC Super Welterweight Muay Thai World Championship and the coveted Lumpinee Stadium World Championship.

Ngimbi is a Congolese-Dutch kickboxer with nearly 70 bouts under his belt, Ngimbi has a long list of international accolades as a competitor. He looks to bolster his glowing repertoire as a global kickboxing superstar, as he battles a Muay Thai legend in ONE Super Series.

ONE Championship will hold “ONE: Unstoppable Dreams” at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore on May 18, 2018. The fight card features mixed martial arts, Muay Thai and kickboxing matches.

There are three title bouts on the card, two of which are the co-main events. Two-division world champion Martin “The Situ-Asian” Nguyen, 29, will defend his featherweight title from Christian “The Warrior” Lee, 19, of Singapore while Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, 34, of Thailand and Sergio “Little One” Wielzen, 30, of Suriname will compete for the inaugural ONE Super Series Muay Thai Flyweight World Championship.

In the main event, reigning ONE Women’s Atomweight World Champion Angela “Unstoppable” Lee, 21, of Singapore makes her highly anticipated return to action to defend her title against Japanese veteran Mei “V.V” Yamaguchi, 35, in a rematch. ONE Championship chairman and chief executive officer Chatri Sityodtong said, “It’s going to be a phenomenal night of action for sure and fans will not want to miss the excitement at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.”
