
Festival de Cannes president Pierre Lescure and general delegate Thierry Frémaux presented the official selection of the 71st Festival de Cannes on April 12, 2018, which will be held from May 8-19, 2018.
Aside from the films in competition, there will be other screenings. “Todos Lo Saben” (Everybody Knows) by Asghar Farhadi of Spain will be the opening film.
Written and directed by Farhadi, “Todos Lo Saben” stars Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem, Barbara Lennie, Ricardo Darin, Jaime Lorente, Carla Campra, Inma Cuesta, Eduard Fernandez, Elvira Minguez, Roger Casamajor and Ramon Barea, among others.
