Formerly known as Miss Eco Queen and Miss Eco Universe, Miss Eco International was launched in 2015. It was formed by Dr. Amal Rezk in collaboration with Let’s Take Care of the Planet (LTCP), a United Nations’ project launched in Brazil in response to the United Nations’ Decade of Education for Sustainable Development.
Miss Eco International 2018
The Miss Eco International 2018 coronation ceremony will be held at the Marquee Theatre in Cairo, Egypt on April 27, 2018. It is the fourth edition of the international beauty pageant based in Egypt.
On April 14, 2017, Amber Bernachi of Canada was crowned Miss Eco International 2017. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Anzhelika Tahir of Pakistan, Fenne Verrecas of Belgium, Nguyen Thi Thanh of Vietnam and Anastasia Kaptsiuh of Belarus.
