ONE Championship will hold “ONE: Unstoppable Dreams” at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore on May 18, 2018. One of the bouts on the undercard is between “The Terminator” Sunoto Peringkat, 33, of Indonesia and Roel “Akiyama” Rosauro, 29, of Cebu City, Philippines.
This will be the second ONE Championship bout of Rosauro, a Filipino martial arts prospect who trains in the art of Yaw-Yan. A striking specialist, he is known for his powerful hands and lightning-quick punches.
On February 23, 2018, Rosauro made his promotional debut at “ONE: Quest for Gold” opposite Li Kai Wen, 22, of China. Joining a growing list of promising featherweight talents in ONE Championship, Rosauro is returning to action seeking victory against Indonesian martial arts.
On the other hand, Sunoto is a ONE Championship bantamweight and a former WKF Indonesia Champion. Representing IndoGym and Team Phantom, he fights with a style that combines elements of kickboxing, karate, and jiu-jitsu.
With a penchant for scoring spectacular finishes, Sunoto is known as an aggressive warrior who never backs down from a challenge and five of his eight victories have ended before the final bell. In his last outing, he continued to impress on the global stage, defeating Hisyam Samsudin by unanimous decision.
Sunoto is entering the ONE Championship cage for the 10th time at “ONE: Unstoppable Dreams” The main event is between reigning ONE Women’s Strawweight World Champion Angela “Unstoppable” Lee, 21, of Singapore and Mei “V.V.” Yamaguchi, 35, of Japan.
Both Sunoto and Rosauro are 5’8″ tall. The Indonesian contender has been competing in ONE Championship since 2015.
