Two of the 11 bouts at the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s “UFC Fight Night 130” will be between female fighters. The second one will be between Gina “Danger” Mazany, 29, and Lina “Elbow Queen” Lansberg, 36.
Mazany and Lansberg will be competing in the bantamweight division, which is currently dominated by reigning UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda “The Lioness” Nunes, 39, of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. The bantamweight bout between Mazany and Lansberg will be the fourth match at “UFC Fight Night 130.”
Hailing from Anchorage, Alaska, Mazany holds a professional mixed martial arts record of 5 wins and 1 loss. In the UFC, she has 1 win and 1 loss.
When Mazany made her UFC debut on February 19, 2017 at “UFC Fight Night 105,” she lost to Sara McMann, 37, of Gaffney, South Carolina via arm-triangle choke. Mazany returned to the cage on November 25, 2017 at “UFC Fight Night 122” and had her first win in the promotion by defeating Yanan Wu, 22, of Chaoyang, Liaoning, China via unanimous decision.
On the other hand, Lansberg is from Malmo, Scania, Sweden. She has 1 win and 2 losses in the UFC, 7 wins and 3 losses in total.
Lansberg made her UFC debut on September 24, 2016. She lost to Cristiane “Cris Cyborg” Justino, 32, of Curitiba, Parana, Brazil via technical knockout via punches at “UFC Fight Night 95.”
On March 18, 2017, Lansberg had her first UFC win. She defeated Lucie “Bullet” Pudilova, 23, of Pribram, Czech Republic via unanimous decision at “UFC Fight Night 107.”
