Representing Angola, college student Pascoal Jorge Andre, 21, is one of the bachelors from around the world who will compete for the Mister World 2019 title. He is 6’1″ tall.
Andre hails from Luanda, Angola, which is home to the Desportivo do Bengo football club. He finished high school in his home city with a nursing qualification.
Passionate about fashion, Andre participates in fashion contests as he aspires to be a world reference in the fashion industry. While finishing a degree in Public Relations, he also works as an actor and a model.
On October 28, 2018, Andre was crowned Mr. World Angola 2018 in Luanda. He bested 54 other contestants.
Aside from fashion, Andre enjoys reading. He is into martial arts and basketball, as well. He speaks Portuguese and English.
For Andre, a typical workout would involve CrossFit. While exercising, he loves to listen to the songs of Linkin Park, the rock band whose current members are Rob Bourdon, Brad Delson, Mike Shinoda, Dave Farrell and Joe Hahn.
Mr. World 2016 Rohit Khandelwal, 29, of India will crown his successor during the Mr. World 2019 coronation night at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on August 23, 2019. It will be the 10th edition of the international male beauty pageant.
The last time Angola participate in Mister World was in 2010. It was the sixth edition of the pageant, which took place at Songdo Convensia in Incheon, South Korea.
Also from Luanda, Jorge Martins, 27, represented Angola in Mr. World 2010. He was unplaced but he made it to the Top 10 both in Mr. World Sports and in Mr. World Top Model.
