Miss World 2018 results: Head-to-head challenge winners

The 118 Miss World 2018 contestants were first grouped into 12 for the first round of the Head-to-Head challenge. The 20 winners of the first round were divided into 10 pairs for the second round.

Miss World 2013 Meagan Young, Miss World 2016 Stephanie del Valle and Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar served as the judges in the second round of the Head-to-Head Challenge. The 10 winners advanced to the Top 30.
