Miss Universe Vietnam 2018, Hhen Nie, visited the Philippines, where she enjoyed trying the local dried fish dish, tuyo. On February 2, 2019, she is set to speak at the 22nd Regional Youth Congress, invited by activist Francis Padua Papica. Papica highlighted Nie as a role model, appreciating her inspiring story.
