South Korean superstar Park Bo Gum event titled “May Your Everyday be a Good Day” was originally scheduled to take place at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. But due to the earthquakes that recently hit the country, Blossom Entertainment, the South Korean talent agency behind the event, requested for a change in the schedule.

Strong earthquakes hit the Philippines on April 22, 2019, which happened to be Earth Day. The affected areas included Baguio City, Bataan, Bulacan, Batangas, Cavite, Metro Manila, Pampanga, Pangasinan and Zambales.

“May Your Everyday be a Good Day” is organized by ABS-CBN and Ovation Productions. It will still be held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena but on June 22, 2019.

“The Park Bo Gum ‘May Your Everyday Be a Good Day’ Tour in Manila, slated on April 27 (Saturday), is postponed and rescheduled to June 22 (Saturday) at the Mall of Asia upon request of Blossom Entertainment due to the recent earthquakes that happened in the Philippines,” ABS-CBN and Ovation Productions said in an official joint statement. “ABS-CBN and Ovation Productions apologize for any inconvenience caused by this decision. The safety of the fans, the staff, and the artist is our top priority. We appreciate your kind patronage, and we are grateful for your understanding.”

The event marks the first time Park is holding a fan meeting in the Philippines. All tickets sold with the original date will be honored on the new schedule, according to ABS-CBN and Ovation Productions.

Park is best known for his role as the Joseon crown prince in historical drama “Love in the Moonlight” in 2016. It earned him a number of accolades, including Top Excellence at the KBS Drama Awards, Most Popular Actor for Television at the Baeksang Arts Awards and Outstanding Korean Actor at the Seoul International Awards.

Meanwhile, here is the ‘Love in the Moonlight” star inviting his fans to meet him in the Philippines with the original date prior to the postponement:
