2019 Catanduanes congressman, governor, vice governor, board members elected

Catanduanes is one of the six provinces of the Bicol region of the Philippines. The others are Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Masbate and Sorsogon.

Founded on September 26, 1945, Catanduanes has 11 municipalities namely Bagamanoc, Baras, Bato, Caramoran, Gigmoto, Pandan, Panganiban, San Andres, San Miguel, Viga and Virac. Collectively, these municipalities have 315 barangays, 63 of which are in Virac, the capital of the province.

On April 25, 2010, Aiza Angelica T. delos Santos represented Virac at Miss Philippines Earth 2010 and competed against 48 other candidates at Aquatica at Manila Ocean Park in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. She was unplaced.

On March 18, 2018, Sigrid Grace Flores represented Catanduanes at Binibining Pilipinas 2018 and competed against 39 other candidates at Binibining Pilipinas 2018 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila. She finished in the Top 25.

On October 7, 2018, Jigg Kirsty Ang represented Catanduanes at Miss World Philippines 2018 and competed against 39 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila. She was unplaced.
