2019 Northern Samar congressmen, governor, vice governor, board members elected

Northern Samar is one of the six provinces in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines. The others are Biliran, Leyte, Samar, Eastern Samar and Southern Leyte.

Catarman is the capital of Northern Samar. The municipality is home to the University of Eastern Philippines, which was established as Catarman Farm School in 1918.

Edwin Marino Co Ongchuan has been the congressman of the second district of Northern Samar since June 30, 2016. He turned 51 on March 3, 2019.

On June 11, 2016, Ellyz Santos represented Laoang at Miss Philippine Earth 2016 and competed against 45 other candidates at the University of the Philippines Theater in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. She was unplaced.
