On September 3, 2017, Joanna Marie Rabe represented Zambales at Miss World Philippines 2017 and competed against 34 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. She was unplaced.
On October 7, 2018, Pauline Deveraturda represented Botolan and Elaiza Alzona represented Zambales at Miss World Philippines 2018 and competed against 38 other candidates at the same venue. They were both unplaced.
On March 9, 2019, Christine Juliane Hinkle Opiaza represented Zambales at Miss Royale Ambassador Central Luzon 2019 at Robinsons Starmills Pampanga in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines and won the title. She is an alumna of the Lyceum of Subic Bay in Olongapo City, Philippines.
