Right after the ceremony, I approached Anakin to express my support. He was very gracious to his fans and was happy for the support he was getting despite the loss.
“I did my best,” Anakin told me. “I gave my best shot to everything. In the end, (I did not win but) it’s fine.”
“I wanna say thank you again for all your support,” Anakin continued. “I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for your support and thank you again. Thank you. Salamat (Thank you).”
