Marc Goddard served as the referee. He put a stop to the bantamweight contest after 2 minutes and 26 seconds in the third round when Moras knocked out Jojua via punches.
“It feels so good to be the first female to win a UFC fight in Abu Dhabi,” Moras said in her post-fight interview. “It’s amazing. It means the world to me and I hope it means the world to the people here. I hope more people can get into the sport and it opens their eyes.”
