Hailing from Libya, Kamal Elgargni, 46, won the 212 Bodybuilding Olympia division during the 2019 Mr. Olympia competition in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States on September 14, 2019. He bested 18 other contestants.

Born in Tripoli, Libya in 1973, Elgargni had Qatari nationality in 2005. In 2011, he won a gold medal at the Arab Games in the 85-90kg but the medal was stripped because he tested positive to banned substances.
