“Zenwalk” Adi Paryanto, 26, of Jakarta, Indonesia has earned his first ever victory in ONE Championship. He was one of the winners at “ONE: Dawn of Valor” at the Istora Gelora Bung Karno in Jakarta, Indonesia on October 25, 2019.
“ONE: Dawn of Valor” featured 13 mixed martial arts bouts and three ONE Super Series contests, which are two kickboxing contests and one Muay Thai fight. In the first bout of the evening, Paryanto competed in an MMA bout in the flyweight division against his countryman Angelo “The Unicorn King” Bimoadji, 26.
Yoshinori Umeki served as the referee. Paryanto immediately went right to work from the get-go, unloading a series of powerful knees to Bimoadji’s midsection.
A right knee to the ribs crumpled Bimoadji. He put a stop to the flyweight contest after 1 minute and 4 seconds in the first round when Paryanto knocked out Bimoadji.
Winning at “ONE: Dawn of Valor” improved the professional MMA record of Paryanto to 5 wins and 3 losses. On the other hand, Bimoadji now has 1 win and 2 losses.
Aside from Indonesia, 13 other countries were represented at “ONE: Dawn of Valor” namely Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the Philippines, Sweden, Tajikistan and the United States. Paryanto and Bimoadji were among the 10 fighters who represented Indonesia.
It was Paryanto’s second bout in ONE Championship while it was Bimoadji’s third outing in the promotion. Here is a recap of “ONE: Dawn of Valor” from Michael Schiavello and Mitch “The Dragon” Chilson:
