Madeleine Overby was 21 years old when she represented Mississippi at Miss USA 2019 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA on May 2, 2019. She competed against 50 other candidates including North Carolina’s Cheslie Kryst, who won the title.
Overby was unplaced. Runner-up to Kryst was New Mexico’s Alejandra Gonzalez while Oklahoma’s Triana Browne was second runner-up.
