His Highness Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa will be in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia before the year ends. The BRAVE Combat Federation founder will attend the fight night of “BRAVE CF 33,” which will feature 12 mixed martial arts matches.
BRAVE CF will hold “BRAVE CF 33” at the Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium in Jeddah on December 27, 2019. This will be the second event of of the Bahrain-based MMA promotion in Saudi Arabia and its last event in 2019.
The main event of the evening is a middleweight bout between Ikram Aliskerov, 27, of Russia and Diego “The Silencer” Gonzalez, 35, of Sweden. This marks the Russian contender’s return to from welterweight to middleweight and the BRAVE CF debut of his Swedish opponent.
At “BRAVE CF 33,” 15 countries will be represented namely Belgium, Brazil, Egypt, England, France, Iraq, Ireland, Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sweden and Trinidad and Tobago. Shaikh Khaled will be keen to see the development of some of the best fighters in the world as they look to defend their flags at the highest level.
Shaikh Khaled established BRAVE CF on September 23, 2016 with the view of globalizing the sport of MMA by taking it to all corners of the world. It was also part of his vision to provide from all over the globe with a truly international platform to showcase their talents regardless of their backgrounds and marketability.
BRAVE CF has traveled to 18 countries in five continents so far. It mixed well-known MMA markets such as Brazil and England with countries that had never witnessed international MMA action before such as India, Indonesia, Colombia, Pakistan, and Jordan.
