The Mister Tourism World 2019 coronation ceremony will be held at the Montekristo Estate in Siġġiewi, Malta on January 11, 2020. It is the fourth edition of the international beauty pageant for men.

On February 3, 2019, Kyle Vosper of Great Britain was crowned Mister Tourism World 2018 at the Auditorium del Massimo in Rome, Italy. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Mike Piek of the Netherlands, Osiris Richetti Gautier of Dominican Republic, Warley Santanna of Brazil and Eric Novianto Setiawan of Indonesia.

There are 19 men competing for the Mister Tourism World 2018 crown. Here are the candidates:
