Colombia’s Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll, 43, mononymously known as Shakira, and Jennifer Lopez, 50, of New York City, United States headlined the Super Bowl LIV halftime show at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, USA on February 2, 2020. Fox televised the 13-minute show, which is officially called the Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show.

Joining Shakira and Lopez as guest performers were José Álvaro Osorio “J” Balvín, 34, of Colombia and Benito Antonio “Bad Bunny” Martínez Ocasio, 25, of Puerto Rico. Emme Maribel Muñiz, 11, of New York also made a special appearance.
Muñiz is the twin sister of Max Muñiz. They were born in Long Island, New York on February 22, 2008 to New York’s Marco Antonio Muñiz, 51, who is professionally known as Marc Anthony, and Lopez.
During the show, Shakira performed “She Wolf,” “Empire,” “Ojos Asi,” “Whenever, Wherever” and “Hips Don’t Lie” alone. She sang “I Like It” and “Chantaje” with Bad Bunny.
J Balvin and Lopez performed “Booty” and “Mi Gente” together. She sang “Jenny from the Block,” “Ain’t Funny,” “Get Right,” “Waiting for Tonight” and “On the Floor” alone.
“I Like It” is a song by Belcalis Marlenis “Cardi B” Almánzar, 27, of New York featuring Bad Bunny from her debut studio album titled “Invasion of Privacy,” which was released by Atlantic Records on May 25, 2018. “Mi Gente” is a song by J Balvin with Willy William, which is a remix of the song “Voodoo Song” by the latter.
Together, Lopez and Shakira performed the official the 2010 FIFA World Cup song “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa).” They were joined by Emme in the song “Let’s Get Loud.”
At one point, Emme and a children’s choir joined Lopez onstage. The teenager sang “Born in the USA” by Bruce Springsteen as her mother returned to the stage draped in a Puerto Rican flag.
Produced by the NFL Network and Jay-Z’s company Roc Nation, the Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show was be part of the 54th Super Bowl, also known as the Super Bowl LIV. It was between between the National Football Conference champion San Francisco 49ers and the American Football Conference champion Kansas City Chiefs.
The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers, 31-20. It was the conclusion of the 2019 National Football League season, the 100th NFL season.
