Italy and Sweden will be represented at “BRAVE CF 37,” the first ever BRAVE Combat Federation event to be held in Sweden. The fight night will be promoted in association with the local mixed martial arts powerhouse AK Fighting Championship.
“BRAVE CF 37” will take place at Solnahallen in Stockholm, Sweden on April 18, 2020. One of the matches is a bantamweight contest between Marco Zannetti of Italy and Bilal Tipsaev of Sweden.
An International Mixed Martial Arts Federation veteran with medals at European and World Championships, Zanetti is one of the strongest Italian prospects to successfully make a transition to professional MMA. Holding a professional record of 4 wins and 1 loss.
All of Zanetti’s wins were finishes. As an amateur fighter, he had 11 wins and 4 losses.
Zannetti hails from Aquilano, Italy. As a professional fighter, he was undefeated from 2014 to 2019.
On February 14, 2020, Zannetti has his first defeat. He lost via unanimous decision to Farid Basharat of Afghanistan and England at “Contenders Norwich 19” at the Epic Studios in Norwich, Norfolk, England.
On the other hand, Tipsaev just recently turned professional. Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, he won both of his two bouts as an amateur fighter in 2018.
On November 16, 2019, Tipsaev was successful in his professional MMA debut at “AK Fighting Championship 2” at Solnahallen. He knocked out his countryman Martin Fouda in the first round.
