1 + 1 = 2 it’s really simple do the work, get the result! You see you were born to win, but to be a winner you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win. The main difference between losers and winners is in what they do. Food for thought for you this weekend! Everyone is a potential winner, so do not let appearances fool you. Some people are just disguised as losers. A winner is someone who has given his best effort, who tried the hardest he/she possibly can, utilized every ounce of energy and strength within her/him to accomplish something. It doesn't mean that they accomplished it or failed, it means that they've given it their best. That's a winner! My personal life story so far is a WIN. With all the good and bad and everything in between that’s happened along the way. And may it continue. Winners and losers aren't born, they are products of how they think. That’s why it's so important to never let a soul in the world tell you that, you can't be exactly who you are. Although the world is full of suffering and challenges at the moment, it is also full of the overcoming of it. Be a winner, do what ever you got to do, just get it done and celebrate your awesomeness!! ✌🏾 Workout: 6×6 30KG DB Snatches 10×20 Decline push ups 5×50 plyo lunges 10×10 Hindu Push-ups Max out decline push ups 20×10 bar shoot throughs 5KM Row Don’t worry about a time, being in lockdown you got enough of it, just get it done. #fitnessmotivation #covid19 #homeworkout #winning #motivationalquotes #mindsetiseverything #fuckcorona #igers #igfitness
