This is not the first time Webber was arrested. On November 16, 2014, he and his fellow Crofton residents Jay Price Judy, then 19, and Joshua Ramont Williams, then 22, met a boy, then 14, of Bowie, Prince George’s County, Maryland.

The boy was supposed to sell Webber, Judy and Williams three pairs of shoes on the 4300 block of Old Collington Road in Bowie. Instead of paying for the shoes, the three Crofton residents allegedly robbed and assaulted the teenage seller and drove off in a dark colored vehicle.

Later than day, Bowie Police Department officers located Webber, Williams and Judy in their vehicle with the stolen shoes. The three suspects were booked into Prince George’s County Correctional Center in Upper Marlboro, Prince George’s County and they were each charged with armed robbery, theft and assault.
