Miss Earth Chile 2019 Fernanda Méndez Tapia will crown her successor on September 25, 2020. It is the 15th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Chile’s Miss Earth candidate.
Currently, Chile has seven Miss Earth placements including the coronation of Hil Yesenia Hernandez Escobar in 2006. In 2019, Mendez finished in the Top 10.

Representing San Pedro de Atacama, Mendez was crowned Miss Earth Chile 2019 at the Teatro Municipal de Vicuña in Vicuña, Chile on August 10, 2019. Also crowned were Miss Aire Chile 2019 Antonia Pereir of La Calera, Miss Agua Chile 2019 Camila Zambrano of Temuco, Miss Fuego Chile 2019 Katherine Castillo of Ovalle and Miss Ecoturismo Chile 2019 Mariana Mendoza of La Reina.
