After playing title role in “Wonder Woman” in 2017, Gadot was named Best Actress by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films in 2018. For the same role, she received nominations from the Detroit Film Critics Society Awards, the Empire Awards, the Golden Schoes Awards, the Kids’ Choice Awards, MTV Movie + TV Awards, North Texas Film Critics Association and Women Film Critics Circle Awards.
