“Sunday Noontime Live” will premiere on TV5 on October 18, 2020. The musical variety show will be hosted by Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray along with Filipino actors and singers Piolo Pascual, Maja Salvador, Donny Pangilinan and Jake Ejercito.
Directed by Johnny Manahan, “Sunday Noontime Live” will air on TV5 every Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. It also airs Sundays at 8:00 p.m. on Colours Channel 202 HD and Channel 60 SD on Cignal TV.
While the Philippines is still fighting the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Cignal TV beefs up TV5’s entertainment roster by giving its audience more meaningful reasons to come together. Aside from giving the Filipino viewers new exciting programs such as “Sunday Noontime Live,” there are also opportunities given to people in the entertainment industry including the biggest celebrities, producers, directors, writers, cameramen and crew who work behind the scenes.
The ultimate goal is to unite Filipinos by giving them top-notch entertainment that they can look forward to. Unveiling waves of entertainment programs produced by blocktimers with favorite stars, TV5 reinforces its mission to bring bigger and better months as 2020 comes to a close and indeed, a new TV experience will be explored, rewritten and remade.
Filipino show business is in for a new chapter where creativity and collaboration flourishes between talents and creatives and where ideas have no limits or no network walls. Meanwhile, here are the “Sunday Noontime Live” hosts’ recent Instagram posts before the show’s premiere:
