Certain heavy or fried foods can actually make you feel worse, especially the next morning. You may wake up feeling very full and tired the next day if you have a really heavy meal late at night.

Try to avoid watching T.V. before bed as you may want to binge watch your favorite T.V. show or you might fall asleep with the T.V. on only to wake up again to the noise.
