Kelly Hutchinson, 23, of Auburn, Alabama, United States was Miss Georgia’s Outstanding Teen 2013 and was unplaced at Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2014. She was runner-up to Miss George Teen USA 2015, second runner-up to Miss Georgia Teen USA 2016 and second runner-up to Miss Alabama USA 2018 and she finished in the Top 10 at Miss Alabama USA 2017.
On October 5, 2019, Hutchinson competed against 31 other Miss Alabama USA 2020 candidates at the Gogue Performing Arts Center in Auburn and won the title. On January 10, 2021, she crowned her successor Alexandria Flanigan at the Auburn Hotel Grand Ballroom in Auburn.
