  4. On January 31, 2020, he reported that while on patrol duty, he pulled over on Uvas Road in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County and was shot from a passing car as he standing and urinating. Responding police found no serious injuries on him and it appeared he had been shot only once in his body-worn camera. Neither the shooter nor the car was found. (a) (c)
