8. On January 25, 2021, U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui signed a criminal complaint filed against him by a Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent.
9. On January 26, 2021, he checked into the Penn Amish Motel in Denver, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA.
