Dominic Pezzola is a white man from New York, United States also known as Spaz and Spazzo. He is a member of the Proud Boys, a far-right, neo-fascist and male-only white nationalist political organization.

Pezzola was a talented boxer. Here are 13 more things about him:

  1. He lives in Rochester, New York. (a)
  2. When he was a senior at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester, a private Catholic school in Rochester, Mohammad Ali visited the school and he met the legendary boxer. He was a member of the boxing team and the football team when he attended the school. He graduated in 1995. (a) (b)
  3. In the late 1990s, he alternated political affiliations between Democrat and Independent. He has not voted in New York since 2001. (b)
  4. In 1998, he completed the U.S. Marine Corps Recruit Training at Parris Island, South Carolina, USA. From 1998 to 2005, he served in the Marines. He reached the rank of corporal as an infantry assaultman. He neither deployed nor received any personal medals. (b)

  6. In 2013, he opened D Pezzola Flooring, a business based in Rochester. (a)
  7. On December 12, 2020, he attended a Make America Great Again (MAGA) rally in Washington, D.C, USA. (c)

Wearing a grey coat and an earpiece tucked behind his long hair, he was caught on camera breaking the window of the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. at around 2:39 p.m. on January 6, 2021. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. During the riot, he was seen smoking a cigar and was photographed standing beside Jake Angeli and behind Doug Jensen while Aaron Mostofsky was among the rioters behind them. (c) (d) 
  9. Federal Bureau of Investigation agent Melissa Ammons filed a criminal complaint against him, which was assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui on January 13, 2021. That day, he made an initial appearance via Zoom in U.S. District Court before U.S. Magistrate Judge Marian W. Payson(c) (e) 
  10. On the morning of January 15, 2021, FBI agents arrested him. He was charged with the destruction of government property, being on restricted buildings or grounds and obstruction of an official proceeding.   11. On January 29, 2021, he and his fellow Proud Boys member and U.S. Capitol rioter William Pepe were indicted in federal court in Washington, D.C. They were accused of engaging in a conspiracy to obstruct, influence, impede and interfere with law enforcement officers engaged in their official duties in protecting the U.S. Capitol and its grounds on January 6, 2021. (f)
  12. Represented by Jonathan Zucker, he was arraigned on 11 charges and he pleaded not guilty on February 9, 2021. (g)
  13. On February 10, 2021, he was ordered to be detained without bail pending his trial. If released, he would potentially engage in future activities against the U.S. Capitol or other buildings, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin Meriweather ruled. (g)

  1. Lets get this right. Dominic Pezzoli is a Democrat who attended a Trump rally a couple weeks before the capital mostly peaceful protest (as the democrats called all their violent riots). Was allowed in by the capital police with no resistances until after the fact. Is a member of the proud boys but nobody has informed us about his involvement with the group. IE, one day, week, month, year, senior member, petty member what? Radical? Let’s see his Facebook post for the last ten years, hear from his neighbors, family, employee’s. What’s the big secret? Sounds like another coverup to me.

  2. Somebody should check out another insurrectionist from Rochester, NY. He is shown in FBI Photo #142, and is probably a member of Ironworkers Local 33, as indicated by the hardhat he’s wearing. He hasn’t been named yet. Anyone know this man?
