Rashia Suheyn Cipriani Noriega of Peru won Miss Eco International 2019 at Al Masa Capital in Cairo, Egypt on March 29, 2019. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Maureen Montagne of the Philippines, Jordan Elizabeth of the United States, Diana Voliakova of Ukraine and Amy Nur Tinie of Malaysia.

After Cipriani gave up the title, Montagne refused to take over. So did Elizabeth and Voliakova.

It was Tinie who accepted the title and became the new Miss Eco International 2019. She did not pass her title in 2020 due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
