Gabriella Deyi of Madison, Wisconsin, United States was unplaced when she competed in Miss California USA in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019. She was a multimedia journalist intern at KRON 4 News in San Francisco, California, USA from September 2017 to December 2018.
On September 8, 2019, Deyi won Miss Wisconsin USA 2020 at Fond du Lac High School Performing Arts Center in Fond fu Lac, Wisconsin. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Nely Lopez, Karly Knaus, Natalie Hamilton and Kameron Gorres.

On May 23, 2021, Deyi will crown her successor at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. It is the 68th edition of the beauty pageant that selects the state’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Wisconsin currently has seven Miss USA placements, which were achieved by Rita Delores Younger, Jeanne Marianne Boulay, Jodi Bonham, Mary Cook, Kathryn Wituschek, Caitlin Morrall and Bishara Dorre. Since 1952, the state has been participating in the national beauty pageant annually except in 1958.
On May 20, 1967, Bonham competed against 50 other Miss USA 1967 candidates at the Miami Beach Auditorium in Miami, Florida, USA. She was third runner-up to Sylvia Hitchcock of Alabama, USA.
On May 18, 1974, Cook competed against 50 other Miss USA 1974 candidates at the Niagara Falls Convention and Civic Center in Niagara Falls, New York, USA. She was second runner-up to Karen Jean Morrison of Illinois, USA.
