The Miss Massachusetts USA 2021 beauty pageant will be held at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. The preliminary competition will be on June 12, 2021 and the coronation night will be on June 13, 2021.

This is the 70th edition of the statewide beauty competition that selects Massachusetts’ official Miss USA candidate. Representing the state, Shawnae Jebbia and Susie Castillo were crowned Miss USA in 1998 and in 2003, respectively.

There are 70 women competing for the Miss Massachusetts USA 2021 title. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these are my Top 12 candidates:
